Retail Team Leader - Customer Service & Store Ops

John Lewis Partnership in Edinburgh (Waitrose) is seeking a Team Leader to deliver excellent Partner-led service and a passion for food, helping customers feel confident and valued on every visit.

You will support the shop management, supervise daily operations, ensure safety and compliance, and assist with online orders, stock replenishment and checkout support, including Click & Collect. Weekend hours are required and you may take on supervisory responsibilities after training.
