Retail Team Leader - Customer Focus & Flexible Hours

Asda Stores Ltd is recruiting a Team Leader for Oakridge Park to oversee the day-to-day running of the department on a full-time basis. You will lead by example, support colleagues, ensure stock availability, assist with training and onboarding of new starters, and resolve issues on the shop floor with your manager's guidance.

You should have experience in retail or customer-facing roles, good communication skills, and flexibility to cover various shifts including weekends and evenings.
