Retail Team Leader - Customer-Driven Frontline Coach

Asda Stores Ltd in St.Leonards is looking for a Team Leader to drive the day-to-day running of a department. You'll lead by example, support colleagues, manage stock, and help onboarding while ensuring excellent customer service on the shop floor.

You'll work with your manager to uphold high standards, maintain motivation, and adapt to day shifts. The role is full-time with a 36-hour week and benefits in a large retail business.
