Retail Team Lead, Sales & Customer Experience

Dr. Martens in Brighton is seeking a Senior Sales Assistant to join our vibrant team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver an outstanding customer experience and support day-to-day store operations in the manager's absence.

You'll lead by example, achieve personal sales targets, coach junior colleagues, handle till transactions and ensure a tidy, safe store environment. A fashion/lifestyle brand background and strong customer focus are desirable.
