Retail Team Lead: Elevate Customer Experience & Sales

Machine Mart Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced store supervisor to jointly run a retail outlet with the Store Manager. You will co-manage a small team of 4-6 staff, lead by example, and work up to 45 hours per week with overtime paid or taken as time off in lieu.

You will motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service and to achieve challenging sales targets, building strong rapport with customers and offering honest advice throughout the buying journey.
