Retail Team Lead - Sports Betting & Customer Experience

BoyleSports in Ellesmere Port is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily retail operations and lead the shop team in the absence of the Shop Manager. You will ensure high standards of service, manage cash and betting transactions, and promote our multi-channel betting journey.

You will play a key role in team development, delivering outstanding customer experience and maintaining store presentation, while upholding company procedures and social responsibility commitments.
