Retail Team Lead - Sales & Store Growth

The North Face is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Braintree, Essex to support the Store Manager and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will help lead a team, uphold brand standards, and contribute to store performance across sales, operations, and merchandising.

You will be responsible for day-to-day store openings and closures, mentoring staff, and maintaining high levels of service. Strong English communication and MS Office/POS proficiency are essential.
