Retail Team Lead - Customer & Sales

Halfords in Workington, Cumbria is seeking a part-time supervisor to help run a department and lead a small team while delivering market-leading customer service. You'll share day-to-day responsibilities on the sales floor and help to coach colleagues to achieve goals.

You'll have some key holder responsibilities, with training provided to support your development and progression within Retail. This role offers a route into management within a market-leading retailer.
