Retail Team Lead - Coach, Motivate & Grow

Savers in Downpatrick is seeking a part-time Supervisor to lead a small team in a fast-paced store environment. You will work closely with the Store and Assistant Manager to coach colleagues, drive engagement and maximize opportunities as they arise.

The role is 12 hours per week with flexible patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Salary is £13.50 per hour with benefits that support your wellbeing and progression.
