Retail Supervisor: Lead Team, Drive Sales & Service

Pandora supplies a part-time Supervisor role in Newport to lead a busy sales floor, coach a high-performing team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You'll own daily store operations, set personal KPIs, and drive sales while upholding Pandora's brand values of Dream, Dare, Care, and Deliver.

In this role you'll build strong relationships with customers, manage till procedures, support recruitment and training, and ensure the store runs smoothly in a fast-paced retail environment.
