Retail Supervisor: Lead Team & Hit Sales Targets

Pandora is seeking a part-time Supervisor to lead the busy Newport store floor, coach a team of sales assistants, and deliver a personalised customer experience. You will manage store operations, KPI-driven targets, and brand storytelling to drive sales and excellence.

You will oversee opening/closing procedures, till reconciliation, and contribute to recruitment and team development in a fast-paced retail environment with strong brand values.
