Retail Supervisor: Lead Sales, Service & Team Growth

Charles Tyrwhitt on Oxford Street is seeking a Supervisors to lead the sales team in our brand new store opening in October 2026. The role focuses on coaching, customer service excellence, and achieving KPI targets while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

You will also support operational tasks, product knowledge training, and adherence to health and safety guidelines to ensure smooth daily running of the store.
