Retail Supervisor: Lead a Friendly Team & Deliver Great Service

Chartwells Independent is recruiting a dedicated Retail Supervisor to ensure smooth operations on a Defence site. The role is a full-time position contracted to 35 hours per week and 50.2 weeks per year.

Shifts follow a 5 from 7 pattern. You will manage deliveries, supervise staff, handle till operations, and assist with rotas, stock orders, and compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
