House Clearance Supervisor

£24,785 FTE per annum, actual salary £9,914.

Location: Unit 2 Malmo Road, Hull, HU7 0YF.

Hours: 15 hours per week, 2 days out of 7, Monday to Saturday 08:45am-17:15pm, Sunday 09:45am-16:15pm.

Role open to applications until 1st July 2026. Interview date to be confirmed.

We're looking for a passionate and proactive individual to help deliver our house clearance service, generating vital income to support Dove House Hospice. As a House Clearance Supervisor, you'll work closely with customers, staff and volunteers to coordinate and carry out house clearances, identify quality items for resale, and ensure every interaction reflects our values-being passionate, positive and professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and carry out house clearance jobs.
• Identify quality furniture and household goods to maximise income for the hospice.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service while supporting donors and customers.
• Communicate confidently and work collaboratively with staff and volunteers.
• Maintain strong organisation and attention to detail.

Qualifications
