Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Ensure high customer service standards and engagement on the sales floor.
- Manage store operations, including cash desk transactions, POS processing, and compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Oversee staff performance, coach employees, and spend 90% of time on the sales floor engaging with customers.
- Drive and achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through product presentation, consultative selling, and upselling of related items.
- Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards to meet or exceed PUMA VM standards.
- Conduct inventory management, including physical counts, shrink goals, and physical merchandise handling.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to provide insights for performance improvement.
- Ensure loss prevention and operational compliance.
- Recruit, train, develop, and manage store staff to achieve sales targets.
- Identify, interpret, and diagnose store performance using controllable operational KPIs such as CR, UPT, and ATV.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior retail staff role.
- Strong analytical abilities to prepare and analyze sales reports, providing actionable insights.
- In-depth product knowledge, including purposes, properties, quality, care rules, and pricing.
- Proficiency with retail software, POS systems, and inventory management tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to foster effective teamwork.
- Self leadership: ability to work independently, manage emotions, and maintain a high level of performance.
- Physical ability to frequently walk and move about the store, with good use of sight, hearing, and depth perception.
- Commitment to compliance and adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
