Retail Supervisor (Bournemouth) - Tools & Service Leader

Toolstation Limited in Bournemouth Castlepoint is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a busy branch. You'll be the face of the brand, supervise the team, handle deliveries, stock shelves and support the Store Manager.

This role requires flexible hours with early starts and late finishes, and a hands-on approach to daily operations. You will deliver excellent service, build lasting relationships with customers and help drive branch performance in a fast-paced retail environment.
