Retail Supervisor (40 hours per week) Broughshane

Role
Under the direction of the Retail Manager/Area Manager, the successful candidate will manage the day-to-day operation of the Pharmacy Retail area so as to maximize retail turnover. The ideal candidate will possess the required skills and experience of a sales-driven and customer focused team leader, consistently delivering excellent customer service while motivating and inspiring the team to reach their full potential.

It is essential candidates meet the following criteria:-

GCSE Maths and English Grades A-C or equivalent exam
IT Literate
A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar environment
Customer focused

Hours
40 hours (Monday - Saturday, based on the rota)
Flexibility will be required to work evening and weekends
