Location: 79 Long Street, Atherstone, Warwickshire CV9 1BB. Hours: 16 hours a week with the possibility to work more. Shifts: Flexible. Salary: £13.50 per hour.

We are looking for a Supervisor who can motivate a team, smash targets, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with the day to day running of the store.
• Drive sales and deliver high quality customer service.
• Keep shelves stocked and the store presented to the best standard.
• Help reduce shrinkage and minimise till errors.
• Support the team in achieving sales and service targets.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail key performance indicators, including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to develop and improve the skills of others.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided, not essential).
