Location: 4/6 Benson Road, Birchwood Shopping Centre, Warrington, WA3 7PQ

Hours: 16 hours a week with the opportunity to work more hours.

Salary: £13.50 per hour.

What you'll do

Can you motivate others and keep the energy high in a fast paced environment? As a supervisor you will support the management team with the day to day running of the store, drive sales, deliver high quality customer service, keep the store in top condition, manage stock, reduce shrinkage and till errors, and help the team hit targets.

What you'll bring

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs, including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided, not essential for the role).
