Location: Units B9 23 Central Street, The Rock, Rochdale Road, Bury BL9 0JN, United Kingdom

Hours: 20 hours a week, with opportunity to work more hours

Shifts: Flexible, weekdays and weekends

Salary: £13.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead a team of store members, driving sales and achieving targets
• Ensure shelves are stocked and the store is presented to the highest standard
• Reduce shrinkage and minimise till errors by supervising cash handling processes
• Assist customers with product knowledge, including Star Buys, and provide excellent customer service
• Support the management team with day to day operations and store running

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a fast paced high street retail environment
• Understanding of key retail performance indicators, such as sales, profit and service metrics
• Strong ability to coach and develop team members' skills
• Willingness to provide piercing services for customers (training will be provided; not essential)
