Hours: 16 hours a week with the opportunity to work more hours

Shifts: Flexible. Available for a minimum of 4 out of 7 days. Must be able to work Sundays, available between 6am and 6pm.

Salary: £13.50 per hour

You'll be right there supporting the management team with the day to day running of the store, driving sales, and delivering the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. From keeping shelves stocked and the store looking its best, to helping reduce shrinkage and till errors, you'll play a big part in helping the team hit targets and keep things running smoothly.

What you'll bring to the role

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast paced high street retailer (preferred)
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators, including sales, profit and service
• The ability to help others develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential)
