Salary

£13.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with day to day store operations
• Drive sales and deliver high quality customer service
• Keep shelves stocked and the store looking its best
• Help reduce shrinkage and minimise till errors
• Motivate and develop team members to achieve targets

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast paced high street retailer
• Understanding of retail KPIs - sales, profit and service
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided)
