Retail Supervisor

Overview

Shape Your Leadership Journey - Become a Supervisor Today. Location: 86-87 Preston Street, Faversham ME13 8NU. Hours: 16 hours per week with the opportunity to work more. Shift: Flexible, weekdays and weekends. Salary: £13.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Motivate others and keep energy high in a fast paced environment.
• Support the management team with day to day running of the store.
• Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain store appearance; keep shelves stocked.
• Help reduce shrinkage and till errors.
• Assist team members to develop and improve their skills.
• Carry out piercing services if required (training provided).

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast pace high street retailer preferred.
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided and not essential).
