Retail Supervisor

Position: Permanent Part Time (20 hours per week). Salary up to EUR 15.98 per hour.

Role Overview

You'll be a vital part of the team, working at the front-of-house helping customers or in the warehouse maintaining high standards. Your day will involve a variety of tasks such as customer service at the till, picking orders, stocking shelves, assisting with deliveries, and general store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product questions and purchases.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and manage till operations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.
• Stock shelves and ensure displays are clean and organized.
• Support warehouse operations and maintain store standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing tasks.
