Retail Supervisor

About the role

This role will be working in our brand new store based in Colne.

Your first priority will be safety. You'll motivate, guide and support your colleagues to achieve the best customer experience possible. As a key holder, you will supervise your team to complete routine tasks, ensure the store is in tip top shape, fulfill orders, and make sure every customer receives help.

About you

You have a keen interest in growing your career and supporting your own team, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and ideally experience training new team members, supporting scheduling rosters, or being a key holder. All we really ask is that you bring a bag of enthusiasm.

If you are 21 years and over: £12.86 per hour; 18-20 years: £12.13 per hour; under 18 years: £9.35 per hour.

• Up to 5% annual bonus and up to £300 per month gain share bonus
• Up to 10% employer pension contribution
• Up to 35 days of annual leave, including 8 days of bank holidays
