Retail Supervisor - New Store Launch Leader

Wickes is opening a brand-new store in Workington and seeks two Retail Supervisors. You will supervise daily operations, lead a small team, and ensure a first-class customer experience. Training and onboarding will be held locally, with shifts across seven days, including weekends.

You'll work under the Store Manager Heather Ronson to shape the team from day one and drive a safe, welcoming shopping environment for customers in Annie Pit Lane.
