Retail Supervisor - Lead Teams, Grow Online Store

Imperial College Union is seeking a proactive Retail Supervisor to support the busy retail outlets and online store. You will lead a team, drive sales, maintain stock, and ensure excellent customer service and appealing visuals across shops and online channels.

Working with the Retail Manager, you will optimise operations, manage stock deliveries, scheduling, and training, while upholding financial controls and health and safety standards.
