Job Description
Cotton Traders in Andover is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Supervisor to join our team. You'll help deliver a standout customer experience, deputise for the Store Manager on 2 days a week and during holidays, and help merchandise the store in line with our brand.
You'll manage stockrooms, ensure replenishment, lead the team with the Store Manager, and stay flexible to meet KPIs. Applicants must be 18+ to cover opening/closing hours and lone working.
