Retail Supervisor - Lead & Motivate Sales Team

Charles Tyrwhitt is seeking a Supervisor for their Reading location to lead and motivate the sales team. You will be responsible for exceeding sales targets and providing exceptional customer service while coaching your team and promoting a positive store environment.

This is a 40-hour position requiring flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays. You will also manage operational tasks ensuring compliance with company policies and health guidelines.
