Retail Supervisor - Flexible Hours & Growth Path

Savers is seeking a part-time Supervisor in Leamington Spa to lead and coach store staff for excellent customer service and store performance. The role offers 16 hours per week with potential for more hours, and flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Your leadership will help drive product knowledge, stock control and community engagement, while you support the Store and Assistant Manager in everyday operations.
