Superdrug Stores in Southampton is hiring a Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service. You'll support the management team with day-to-day store operations, ensure shelves are stocked, and help cut shrinkage and till errors.

You will motivate colleagues, train new staff, and strive to hit targets in a friendly, energetic environment. Part-time role with flexible shifts and 16 hours per week.
