Retail Supervisor - Customer Service & Store Ops

C J Lang & Son Ltd, SPAR Auchterarder, is seeking a Supervisor to join the team and support the Store Manager while delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves assisting with day-to-day store operations and ensuring high standards of service, appearance and safety.

You will be responsible for opening and closing procedures, supervising staff on shift, assisting with stock, merchandising and promoting offers, while maintaining the store's brand and security procedures.
