Job Specification

As a Retail Stylist, you will represent the Weekend Offender brand on the shop floor, delivering a professional and engaging client experience. You will take pride in product knowledge, presentation, and service, while supporting the smooth day to day operation of the store.
Working hours: 4 hours (minimum) per week.

Your Role Will Include

• Delivering a best in class, welcoming, and professional client experience through confident, informed product and styling advice
• Supporting daily store operations including deliveries and replenishment
• Maintaining shop floor, fitting room, and back of house standards
• Following visual merchandising guidance to ensure consistent presentation
• Supporting seasonal changes and window updates
• Operating tills accurately and maintaining a tidy point of sale area
• Representing the brand through professional appearance and conduct

Requirements

• Previous retail experience beneficial but not essential
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with clients
• Interest in menswear, product, and brand culture
• High attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
