Nisbets is recruiting a Retail Supervisor to support the Store Management team in Reading, overseeing daily operations and driving sales targets. The role covers floors, stock, merchandising, and exceptional customer service to deliver a best-in-class store experience.

The successful candidate will lead a team of Retail Sales Advisors, manage KPIs, scheduling, and store outreach while maintaining health and safety compliance. 40 hours per week.
