Retail Store Manager Hickeys Drogheda

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Store Manager to join the Hickey's Pharmacy team in Drogheda.

As Store Manager you will lead and inspire your team, manage day to day operations, and nurture the Hickey's Pharmacy culture in line with our Core Values: Ambition, Positive Teamwork, Customer Care, Professionalism and Reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse daily, weekly and monthly sales figures to ensure profitability.
• Maintain high standards for customers and teams.
• Manage stock and cash in line with company procedures.
• Supervise day to day store operations.
• Understand and meet the commercial needs of the business.
• Maintain a high level of customer service.
• Efficiently manage store operations, cost and rostering.
• Manage performance of colleagues, including appraisals, coaching, motivation and mentoring.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of Store Manager or People Manager experience (Pharmacy setting preferred).
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a busy environment, handling challenging situations.
• Positive, driven, and enthusiastic with strong decision making ability.
• Commercial acumen and ability to analyse sales figures.
