Retail Store Leader: Motivate Teams & Hit Targets

Lidl Northern Ireland GmbH is recruiting for an Assistant Store Manager in Strabane. This role supports the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, driving KPI performance, and leading the store team to deliver excellence on the shop floor.

The successful candidate will have A Levels or equivalent, at least 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment, and a full driving licence. Excellent communication and a flexible attitude to shifts are essential.
