B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for the Plymouth City Centre store. This hands-on leadership position supports the Store Manager, takes ownership of the sales floor, and steps in during the manager's absence to keep the store performing at its best.

You'll lead a team, coach colleagues, and focus on delivering excellent customer experiences while maintaining high standards across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.
