Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer and supporter service
• Work as part of the shop team to achieve sales and fundraising targets
• Assist with maintaining shop standards, including visual presentation, safeguarding compliance and health and safety
• Create relationships with the local community and Cancer Research UK colleagues
• Support fundraising events for the store to achieve fundraising targets
• Take keyholder responsibility as required (training provided)
• Perform manual handling and physical activity as part of day to day duties

Qualifications

• Understanding of what makes great customer service
• Experience working in a busy customer service environment
• Ability to manage own workload and work independently when required
• Ability to work well in a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work on a rota basis
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
• Must be at least 18 years old
