Job Description
Position 
Retail Store Assistant
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer and supporter service.
- Work as part of the shop team to achieve sales and fundraising targets.
- Assist with maintaining shop standards including visual presentation, safeguarding compliance, and health and safety.
- Create relationships with the local community and Cancer Research UK colleagues.
- Support fundraising events to meet fundraising targets.
- Take keyholder responsibility as required (training provided).
- Perform manual handling and physical activity as part of daily duties.
- Understanding of what makes great customer service.
- Experience working in a busy customer service environment.
- Ability to manage own workload and work independently when required.
- Team work skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work on a rota basis.
- Salary £12.71 per hour plus benefits package.
