Job Description
Sodexo Live! is seeking a Retail Sous Chef to lead the retail catering operation at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club.
In this high volume venue you'll deliver outstanding food across concourses, fan zones and event catering, working with the Senior Head Chef and Executive Chef to drive quality, operational excellence and commercial performance.
