Retail Shop Team Lead - Assistant Manager

BoyleSports in Banbury is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Shop Manager and oversee store operations, delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the day. You will be responsible for opening and closing the shop, managing the team, and handling bets via terminals and EPOS systems.

You will lead by example, communicate clearly, and drive the team to maintain shop presentation, comply with procedures, and promote the BoyleSports brand across channels.
