Retail Shop Lead: Betting & Customer Experience

BoyleSports in Milton Keynes is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Shop Manager and lead the retail team in the absence of the Shop Manager. You will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, handle bets, cash procedures, opening and closing the shop, and maintain high shop standards.

You will build strong team relationships, communicate clearly, and drive the shop to meet targets while upholding brand standards.
