Retail Shift Supervisor - Service, Merch & People Leadership

JD Sports Bournemouth is seeking a proactive Supervisor to help run the shop floor and uphold the high service standards our customers expect. You will lead by example, guide colleagues on shift, and support daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.

You will deliver excellent service, monitor service levels, assist with product placement and till operations, and maintain visuals and cleanliness in line with JD's brand.
