Retail Shift Leader - Motivate Team & Smooth Store Ops

Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to help us maintain high standards day after day. You'll motivate your team, take responsibility for the shop floor, and keep our store running smoothly in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
