Retail Security Officer - Protect, Report & Grow

ASEL is seeking a Retail Security Officer in Motherwell to provide visible deterrence, monitor for incidents and report them accurately. You will patrol the shop floor, assess vulnerabilities and liaise with store management and local authorities as needed.

The role requires a valid SIA licence and strong communication with customers and colleagues. 32 hours per week, shifts include 14:00-22:00 on Wed Thu Fri Sat. The position offers an hourly rate of £13.01.
