Retail Security Officer - Protect People & Assets

B&M Retail Limited in Gloucester is hiring a Retail Security Officer. This full time, permanent role safeguards the store and helps create a safe shopping environment across day, evening and weekend shifts.

You will work with the Store Management Team to prevent loss, operate CCTV, enforce Health & Safety procedures, investigate stock loss and theft, and engage with customers to resolve situations calmly and professionally.
