Retail Security Officer - 4 on/4 off Shifts & Perks

OCS is seeking a Retail Security Officer in Edinburgh to protect customers, staff and stock while acting as a visible deterrent to theft. You will respond to incidents, assist customers, and work closely with store teams to maintain a safe shopping environment.

The role requires an SIA licence (DS or Security Guarding), DBS/BS7858 clearance, and flexibility for 4 on 4 off shifts, weekends and evenings. Excellent reporting and communication skills are essential.
