Retail Security Leader - Field-Based, Loss Prevention

B&M Retail Limited in Edinburgh region is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to lead guarding teams and protect people, stores and assets. This role is field-based with 40 hours per week and requires working 5 days out of 7.

You will oversee the delivery of manned guarding, ensure the physical security of our stores, and drive compliance with all security policies and procedures across the region, including supervising teams, monitoring performance, and incident reporting.
