Retail Security & Customer Service Officer

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Retail Security Officer to safeguard customers, staff and stock in a busy store. You will deter theft, patrol premises and respond to incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

You will monitor CCTV, assist with searches when required, liaise with management, de-escalate situations calmly and ensure compliance with site procedures. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings, is essential.
