Retail Security & Customer Service Champion (40+ hrs)

M&S is hiring a Retail Security Officer at metro centre in Gateshead to help create a safe, welcoming and secure environment for customers and colleagues. You will stay calm under pressure, deliver great service, and protect people and products in a fast-paced retail setting.

This role requires confident, customer-focused individuals with strong awareness who can be a visible presence in-store, greet customers and support colleagues while preventing loss and responding to incidents.
